Who We Are

Timothy (T.J.) McGinley 

Principal

Educated in economics and business at Yale University and with twenty years experience in healthcare, McGinley brings a strong experiential background to the hospital and surgery center industry.

McGinley's vision is to efficiently and effectively bring hospital and related services to the market, with due respect for all partners, especially our physician partners. 

Jozie Sabado

Director of Development

Ms. Sabado has fifteen years of experience in the health care industry working with physicians in the areas of acute care, long term care and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs). 

Utilizing the vast experience that Mrs. Sabado posses within these areas provides her with an extensive knowledge base that enables her to effectively interact and build physician relations.  Her attention to detail and strong development management skills are key attributes that she brings to Hospital Developers, L.L.C. 

Mrs. Sabado completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara where she earned her Bachelors of Art in Biology.
